JCF Properties is a private opportunity network. Rather than publishing a public list of properties, we collect buyer criteria and review incoming property opportunities against it.

1. Submit your criteria
Markets, property types, price range, capital available, financing preferences, and timeline.
2. We review opportunities
As properties and notes are submitted to JCF Properties, we compare them against buyer criteria on file.
3. We reach out if it may fit
If an opportunity appears to match your criteria, JCF Properties can contact you for further discussion.
Submitting criteria does not guarantee access to properties, that opportunities will be presented, or that a match will occur. Opportunities are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to applicable requirements.

A private buyer portal is on the roadmap
Over time, JCF Properties plans to add a private buyer portal and private property presentations for members of the Buyer Network. Criteria submitted today is what we'll work from.
